I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. Every step of the of the way, the staff’s customer service was top notch. Nicole at the front desk was sweet and helpful over the phone before we even arrived. Bernard, also at the front desk, was kind and helpful. He ensured we had a shuttle picked us up at the airport after our flight had been delayed very late, and he was kind enough to make sure we had a great room with a view at check-in! Valet staff are also amazing! They will drive you to the Snowmass Mall and from there you can take a bus to Aspen. Very quick ride there. They also take you to Aspen Airport and a few other local locations. The room itself was wonderful as well. It was sight for sore eyes after a brutal day of travel. Stocked with nice soaps, expresso, and a humidifier. The in room fireplace was an amazing touch too. Beautiful view from the large window in our room. We will definitely be back to visit again soon!

Beautiful hotel! We had a one bedroom suite with a small living area and a kitchenette. The breakfast was included and was delicious- try the French Toast! The hot tubs were large to accommodate lots of people. The location was fantastic! Walkable to Snowmass Base Camp.

We had a great stay, only two nights but enough to disconnect. The rooms are big and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Great service in all the areas. The pool and hot tubs outside are excellent. The Amex Platinum perks add to the experience.

Our family had a truly wonderful experience from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The valet parking service was seamless, and the staff was exceptional throughout our stay. The front desk team greeted us warmly and provided a thorough overview of all the hotel’s amenities, even offering us an early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, featuring two queen beds and a sofa bed, along with breathtaking views of the mountains. The hotel also kindly provided a crib for our baby at no additional charge, which was greatly appreciated. We visited to enjoy the fall colors, and the hotel’s stunning views from the poolside were the perfect backdrop. The three hot pools were a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. Room service was prompt and attentive, and breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious—our little one especially enjoyed it! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay, and we look forward to returning in the future.

The Viceroy Snowmass is an AMAZING property and delivers luxury, convenience and hospitality - it hits the mark in EVERY category. Overall, the Viceroy staff made us feel like we were home with friendly faces all week. The convenience of the location in walking distance to base village and the luxe feel and design of the property gets 10/10. Here's the deets: Rooms - 9/10 - Would recommend the One Bedroom Suite. Comfortable, spacious and has EVERYTHING you need. Loved having the refrigerator and kitchen space. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms spacious (shower was fantastic) and I rarely take a tub but this one was calling my name... The double sided fireplace I couldn't resist having on for ambiance - even with the warmer temps. Food & Bev - TORO was a 20/10. All other dining options 12/10 - TORO - like OH MY GOD good. From flavors to food presentation to menu selection to service. This is one of the best restaurants I've dined at in recent memory. The cafe in the lobby is super convenient. Wish they had a few more options, but great for basic breakfast. Tabitha was our Toro server and she was WONDERFUL - hospitable, funny, great conversation! We dined there for breakfast and also in the lobby for lunch. So happy. We spent time with the Food & Beverage Director - Suman who checked on us multiple times at multiple meals. What a fabulous human! Obviously killing it becase we were delighted at every meal. Gotta call out the incredible staff we had over and over, SO MUCH THANKS AND LOVE TO: Gustoff, the lounge manager who greeted us every day BY NAME, Mauricio, Tabitha, Cristina, Elsa, Bianca, Leo, Oscar, Teodora, and Edwin! Thank you for the incredible service. Lobby/Pool: 8/10. The pool just got an upgrade on furniture which was super posh and comfortable. The pool bar had great selections and the food was better than what you'd expect poolside! The music was a bit loud and they had a DJ that came on that I could have done without, but overall wonderful experience. Lobby area was 10/10 - You wouldn't think it would be all that important but I was able to take business meetings in the morning in the lounge and it was comfortable, quiet, just what I needed. Rooms Interaction - We initially checked in late at night and were assigned a room on a lower floor. We reserved the Pinnacle One Bedroom Residence. It was lovely, but didn't have as great of a view as we had hoped. The next morning I went to the front desk and was warmly greeted by the Director of Rooms Shari Putnam. I asked if she had any other rooms on a higher floor. Luckily they were not sold out and she was able to move us. But it's not just that she was able to move us - SHE WAS SO WARM and wonderful to talk to. This woman is the personification of hospitality. We also got a chance to meet the Resort Manager -Jason Mceachen. What a warm and wonderful human. He introduced himself and checked on our experience and asked how our stay was going and we struck up a great conversation. This man is the personification of hospitality! He was so genuine in making sure that his guests were having a great experience. We saw him buzzing around the resort throughout our stay and genuinely made the stay feel like home. Can't leave out the Valet + Bell Staff - 10/10. Such fun, kind folks. Gentle banner and good humor. Thanks so much Trenton, Matteo, Matt, Sam, and Justin.

Viceroy snowmass didn't disappoint. The room, location, views, staff and service were amazing. That being said .... we came at an off peak time so there were a lot of things closed or very limited. Their main restaurant, Toro is closed on certain days which means you're eating in the bar if you're on property. VERY limited menu, so much so that room service had more options. ie: caesar salad, chicken wings and two drinks around $160? Ouch but then again it is snowmass. The resort fee is $55 a night, plus tax. Over night parking is $50 so if you're driving go ahead and write off $105 a night. When I made a comment about the "resort fee vs. ammenities, the front desk staff said "well the pool is open and you can eat at the bar" Not exactly what I would call resort fee worthy but during season, I would say the ammenities, if open, would be worth it if you ski. Shout out to Leo and Vlad in the lounge and Trish at breakfast. Wonderful service from all three!

This hotel is incredible, with some of the best mountain views I’ve ever seen. We were upgraded to a one-bedroom residence, and waking up to those views from the bedroom every morning was something I won’t forget. The living room had the same beautiful scenery, which made the whole place feel calm and cozy. The staff were all very friendly, and a special shout-out to Karl from Bali — she was always so kind and helpful. I also really liked the in-room dining services, which I believe is available until around 2:30 AM. The only thing that could use some improvement is the breakfast at Toro. My only regret is not staying here longer. I would come back in a heartbeat.

As wedding photographers, we had the opportunity to capture a beautiful and truly luxurious Indian wedding at the Viceroy Snowmass in Aspen, Colorado. The mountain setting paired with the elegance and scale of a traditional Desi celebration made for an incredible experience. The venue handled the complexity of a multi day Indian wedding seamlessly, and every space felt elevated, intentional, and visually stunning. An exceptional choice for couples planning a luxury mountain wedding.
